A home in Herradura or up in the hills above Jacó isn't built the way it would be in San José. These are the conditions we plan for on every build.
Salt air
Near the ocean, steel corrodes and concrete takes a beating. We use grade 60 rebar and concrete with waterproofing admixtures.
Tropical rain
Months of heavy downpours. Drainage, roof pitch and joints are planned before we build, not after the first leak.
Hillside lots
We have real experience building on sloped lots: foundations, retaining walls and access built for the actual terrain.
Tough access
Mountain lots and narrow roads. We have experience in rural and complex areas and plan every material delivery.

Before you build
How long does a project take from plans to move-in?
Every project is different. Timing depends on the type of build, the lot and how custom it is. Send us a message and we'll tell you what we need to put together a detailed budget.
Can I build on a sloped or hard-to-reach lot?
Yes. We have extensive experience in rural areas and on difficult terrain, and we adapt the build to each lot.
What kinds of projects do you take on?
Homes, hotels, remodels, treatment plants, pools and structural welding. Every project is custom and directly supervised by us.
Do you build infinity pools?
Yes. We build pools designed for each space, including infinity pools on sloped lots.
Where do you work?
We're based in Jacó, Garabito, and build all over Costa Rica: on the coast, in the mountains and in rural areas.
