Jorfernanbri S.A. is a family-owned company with more than twenty years in residential, hospitality and industrial construction. Our reputation has been built on client referrals: quality work, deadlines we keep, and attention to every detail.
From site preparation to final handover, we deliver buildings that work well, look right and last. We build every project as if it were our own, with personal commitment, responsibility and high technical standards.

How we work

Specialized construction
Proven experience in high-end homes, hotels, pools, industrial projects and complex structures like treatment plants, plus steel framing with specialized welding.
Building methods
PVC waterstops, sodium bentonite, grade 60 rebar and concrete with waterproofing admixtures, for structures that stand up to the climate.
Family commitment
Every build carries the effort of a family business. Our name is on every project, and so is our commitment to quality.
Committed to structural quality
On industrial work such as treatment plants, we use waterstop and bentonite at cold joints to keep the structure watertight and durable.
On homes, hotels and pools, quality starts at the foundation and carries through to the finishes, with well-run processes and carefully selected materials. Our experience with steel structures and specialized welding adds safety to every project.
Every job is supervised with technical judgment and real field experience.
