Family Residence in Playa Hermosa

Meat Processing Plant

Location: La Garita, Alajuela

Work Performed:
A 4-meter excavation was carried out, and the floor foundation was built with a 30 cm reinforced concrete base, from which the structure was raised.

#4 rebar was installed, and a double wall system was constructed to perform the concrete pours.

Formwork was executed with 1.20-meter-high panels, applying cold joints in each section where waterstop was installed to ensure watertightness.

This process was repeated every 1.20 meters until reaching a total height of 4 meters.

Additionally, a channel was built for wastewater treatment, forming an integral part of the plant’s system.

Mixed-Use Building in Jacó (Under Construction)

Location: Jacó, Puntarenas

Project Details:
Construction of a mixed-use building (residential and commercial).
Structural design with deep foundations and reinforced concrete columns.
Elevator shaft included in the planning.
Integration of steel structure to improve strength and construction flexibility.
Work in progress with a specialized team in structural works, welding, and formwork.

Current Progress:
Placement of footings and foundations.
Erection of columns and load-bearing walls.
Construction of the elevator shaft.
Installation of the steel structure for the second level.
